WCB WMS Annual Convention

Our WCB WMS Annual Convention will be held on Wednesday, May 4, 2022. Online registration will be open from March 13th - April 12th. No registrations will be accepted after that date—no exceptions. Remember, the SED is hosting a practice training session on April 6th at 4pm & 14th at 7pm for voting during Annual Day. If you do not attend either of these sessions, you will be unable to vote for Delegates & Alternates. Therefore, you are encouraged to Register before April 6th. Everyone will need to be registered and paid by April 12th.

The registration fee is $110 (which covers Annual Day, Night in White and the Annual Recognition Program). Payments will not be accepted with registration, but instead will be sent directly to Sis. Penny McGruder by the local president, as in the past. This will allow confirmation that you are registered, and payment has been received by the Conference. Additional details will be forthcoming.

VOTING:  Annual Day Registration Status Codes:

WCB WMS Member - a member who has previously served as a Delegate to a Washington Conference Annual Convention - able to vote

Conference Branch Officer - elected Conference Branch Officers - able to vote

Local Presidents - able to vote

Life Member - certified Life Members - able to vote

Delegate - first time attendance at an Annual Convention - able to vote

Associate - male member - unable to vote

Observer - local missionaries or other members of your church who wish to attend, including your Pastor & First Lady - unable to vote (if she is not a member of the WMS)
