Rhonda Green, YPD Director

Sis. Rhonda B. Green is excited to serve as your Washington Conference YPD Director. She is originally from Tampa, Florida and received a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Florida and a Master of Arts in Teaching Reading from Howard University. She has been an educator for twenty-seven years and has served in many capacities such as Reading Specialist, Director of Curriculum and Instruction and Principal. Currently, she serves as a school administrator at a District of Columbia Charter School.

She is a member of Reid Temple Queen Jefferson Women’s Missionary Society. She has a true passion for working with young people!!  Her goal is to help each member progress in the areas of discipleship, leadership, advocacy and service. This community of leaders’ growth will be nurtured in a positive, focused and fun environment. 

 

Rhonda B. Green has been married for twenty-five years to Samuel J. Green Jr. Together, she and her husband has one son, Sam3 who is currently in graduate school at Howard University.  In her free time (the little she has) she enjoys watching her son and his friends participate in the sports they love.  Sister Green looks forward to seeing what God will do with through and with the young people of the Washington Conference YPD.
